Why we use soy
Zero toxins, carcinogens or pollutants mean that soy wax is less likely to trigger allergies. Soy wax is much healthier for us as it doesn't emit any nasties into our atmosphere unlike non-renewable parrafin waxes that can contain carcinogenic substances which are harmful to our bodies. Soy wax is biodegradable and has a lower melting point than paraffin wax which makes it the perfect wax for wax melts. This makes it easier to melt our wax melts in warmers to release the fragrance faster than other

Our Story
Escential melts is a small family run business based in Warrington, Cheshire. Our goal is to provide high quality and highly scented soy wax melts.
Our story began in 2020 during the Covid 19 pandemic when our love for wax melts turned into curiosity about making our own for use around our own home. Word of mouth spread to friends and family and we were inundated with requests for some and so, from here Escential Melts was born.
All of our melts are hand made & hand-poured in very small batches, from the best ingredients we can find. This means we can make sure each batch is of the best quality.
